Orders and prices

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We may confirm orders by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch, and we may cancel an order if it cannot be confirmed or if a product is unavailable or incorrectly priced.

Payment

Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan. Please pay the courier the order amount at delivery.

Delivery

Delivery usually takes 3–7 days. Delivery is free on all orders across Pakistan. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Returns

Items can be returned within 5 days of delivery as described in our Refund Policy. The customer pays return shipping.

Product information

We try to describe and show products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly from photos.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by the laws of Pakistan, Banowi is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products.
