Banowi ships across Pakistan only, using local courier partners (TCS, Leopards, PostEx, Trax, BlueEx) through our fulfillment partner Oshi Dropshipping.

Dispatch time

Orders are dispatched same-day to next business day after confirmation (by phone/WhatsApp where required).

Delivery time

Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad/Rawalpindi): typically 2–4 business days.
Other cities/towns: typically 3–6 business days.
These are estimates, not guarantees — weather, courier volume, and address accuracy can affect delivery time.

Shipping charges

Shipping and handling charges are shown at checkout. A minimum courier and processing charge applies per order (currently from approx. PKR 150 shipping + PKR 30 processing, subject to change by our courier/fulfillment partner).

Payment on delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for all orders within Pakistan. Please keep the exact amount ready for the courier where possible.

Tracking

You will receive tracking details by SMS/WhatsApp once your order is booked with the courier. You can also check status via our order tracking page.

Address accuracy

Please provide a complete address with a reachable phone number. Incomplete addresses may delay delivery or cause the order to be returned.
