Shipping policy

Banowi ships across Pakistan only, using local courier partners (TCS, Leopards, PostEx, Trax, BlueEx) through our fulfillment partner Oshi Dropshipping.

Shipping charges

A flat shipping charge of PKR 150 applies to orders within Pakistan.
Shipping is free on orders of PKR 3,500 and above.
The exact charge for your order is always shown at checkout before you confirm.

Dispatch time

Orders are dispatched within 0–1 business days of confirmation (by phone or WhatsApp where required). Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days anywhere in Pakistan. Major cities such as Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad/Rawalpindi are usually at the faster end of that range.

These are good-faith estimates, not guarantees — weather, courier volume, public holidays, security conditions, and address accuracy can all affect delivery time.

Payment on delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for all orders within Pakistan. Please keep the exact amount ready for the courier where possible, as couriers may not carry change.

Tracking

You will receive tracking details by SMS or WhatsApp once your order is booked with the courier. You can also message us any time for a status update.

Address accuracy

Please provide a complete address with a reachable phone number. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may delay delivery or cause the order to be returned to us.

Failed and refused deliveries

If nobody is available to receive a COD order after reasonable delivery attempts, or the order is refused at the doorstep, the parcel is returned to us. Repeated refusals may result in Cash on Delivery being disabled for that phone number or address.
